'Bryce at check in was very helpful and informative. Check in was a breeze thanks to him. We booked a room last minute and it was ready when we arrived. Clean and spacious. A good kitchenette for cooking some meals. Easy parking in the lot. Close to the park and easy to walk to the shore or to eateries along the main road. We’d happily stay here again. Worth noting, there was no AC in our room, which was fine for us. We saw a few ants, so be wary of leaving food out.'

'Great place, definitely will stay here again if possible.'

'The studio apt was very nice and very clean. Well furnished. We settled in and wanted to freshen up in the bathroom. 'Absolutely a wonderful stay.'

'This is your home away from home in San Diego. More than enough room for one person. Everything in the space was awesome. Sauna, hot tub and cold plunge are great for health and outdoor enthusiasts.'

But, if you are going to be out and about most of the time, are not planning on doing much cooking, and just need a bed and a shower, this place fits the bill. The host was always responsive and helpful. Street parking available. Clean. Lots to do nearby. A...

'This is probably the nicest place in which I have stayed in my thirty or so years of traveling to San Diego. And Rico was a superb host. But I didn’t have to ask him for much, as he provided an abundance of sundries and drinks. Highest recommendation.'

'The property was very clean and nice. Check-in was easy, and the host was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Great stay!'
