'Staff was fantastic ! service was great. . just that the property was not well maintained . the pool area was dirty and there there was algae on the pool floor . skipped pool coz it doesn’t look clean . the spa was also very full. there wasn’t much to do except strolling around . so facilities were average . '酒店內環境和房間都讓人挺滿意，只是酒店的地理位置真要說明一下，對於不是開車直達酒店的旅客真的不太方便，雖然地圖顯示是在新山檢查站旁邊，但附近並沒有比較直接的路線能通往酒店，得繞一大段距離才能步行至酒店大堂，而且那段路程完全沒有斑馬線，拖著行李橫過車來車往的馬路真的挺危險，附近在大型施工還需要經過地盤工地，女性遊客可能需要考慮注意一下。'

'A great choice for a short stay in Desaru. Rooms are very comfortable and spacious with large bathrooms and balconies. Pool and beach areas are beautiful and relaxing. Good variety of food at breakfast, service in the restaurants and bars was friendly but often rather slow. Limited dining options on site and not much else in the area other than a few other hotels and the golf course.'

'We spent two nights staying with my pals. The villas are worth staying in, with a nice environment and immaculate rooms. We had a great time. However, there isn't a tiny grocery in the resort, making it tough to purchase necessities. If we bring everything from home, the villas will be quite enjoyable. overall satisfactory to stay. '

'Location was near the Singapore border. It is right by a mall. Everything I needed (grocery store, restaurants) was around me. Convenient location. Property is big, clean. What would have been made the place nicer..... nicer shower gel and better internet. The internet was intermittent, non existent in some rooms. The staff were quick to respond to questions and helpful. Overall good property and would stay again if in the area. '
