'So the front desk was amazing. They attended to all my needs. I didn’t not like that the air conditioner vent cover was hanging from the ceiling as that I needed a voucher to eat the complimentary breakfast. I left my voucher in my room somewhere and was unable to eat before I checked out. The location was prime but I just need One 11 to tighten it up a bit for the money we spend to stay there.'
