'This property was amazing! Anthony was super friendly and very knowledgeable. When we first arrived I was very surprised by the outside of the building. But once you enter the building you enter a beautiful oasis. Our cottage #1 was spacious and extremely comfortable. I can’t recommend this place enough. It’s so worth every penny. 'Nice room with a view. '

'Melrose Mansion is a great place to stay in, if you are visiting New Orleans. The rooms are very nice and spacious and have a great look & feel. Our room was very clean, which is quite important to us. Across the street is a bar, which sometimes had some loud guests, which is the only downside we can think of. The breakfast is sufficient and the staff is very kind & helpful. The pool is a nice addition to the overall stay. Highly recommended!'

'Near Frenchman street and French quarter, clean and nice, w private entrance- a couple of random people came and knocked on the door in the evening but they were just some guy who obviously expected someone else to be there and a guy wanting to use the water hose for his dog but this did not bother me'
