'The property is clean and beautiful. It has an amazing pool. We stayed during the slow season in New Orleans, so the property was quiet. The hotel advertises their swim up bar, but it was not open during our stay. They did have a walk-up bar, however. They also open the pool to the public for a fee, making it more crowded than it would be with guests only, but loungers are reserved for guests. The design of the hotel is gorgeous. 'The hotel is absolutely stunning the food was fabulous. The rooftop had spectacular scenery. Hotel itself is filled with war memorabilia throughout. Nothing short of amazing. The night staff was not as pleasant or accommodating as the day staff, but that's to be expected. '

'Hotel is zeer goed gelegen, vlakbij het French Quartier, maar toch rustig. Originele inrichting en zeer vriendelijk personeel.

Room service was outstanding. Tonia was so friendly and through our conversation found out we were celebrating our anniversary so she came back with a bottle of wine and a sweet card. She went above and beyond to make our stay special.
