'Although i had booked for a non smoking room i was given a room on 1st floor that doors open out to a communal balcony where everyone smoked and left their butts on the froubd . The room stunk of stale smoke and the net curtains could practically stand on there own for the grime. Also its next to bars so music is loud and police siren's. Bed was fantastic but cleaniness was poor, staff where lovely . '
