'Very nice hotel inside. The staff was very helpful. The free shuttle to anywhere local was awesome, though didn’t start until 7am so we had to Uber to catch our flight. There was no lawn or pool, no real place to relax outside, but the botanical gardens are only five minute drive and absolutely stunning. Highly recommend staying here and visiting the gardens and catching a show at Ravinia Festival'

'Stayed here one night because I had a half marathon in the morning and didn’t want to make the long drive from south Chicago to Highland Park for the run in the morning. Room was very clean and quiet. Plenty of parking. Didn’t get a chance to try the breakfast since I got back from my run just after breakfast closed. '

'Het hotel is redelijk goed. Highlight zijn de chocolade cookies die je aan de receptie krijgt bij aankomst. De kamers zijn schoon en ruim. Wij hadden een kingsize bed, wat neerkomt op 2,20 x 2,00 meter. Kleine details: Een lege minibar, geen schoenpoets in het hotel. Meer kritisch: ontbijt is niet bij de prijs inbegrepen. En het buffet is niet ruim bedeeld. Het blijft een zeer eenvoudig ontbijt. Bij het buffet hebben ze appelsap en cranberrysap, als je de ober vraagt naar sinaasappelsap haalt...

'Our stay was pretty good, except there was dead ladybugs all over the balcony and inside the door. The wifi was terrible, .8 of a megabyte was the highest we saw. The room had damage to furniture and was, the closet door was just hanging with a broken track. The pool had someone's wig hair chunks floating in it and some food that wasn't cleaned up. There would be water hoses in the pool and in the jacuzzi left on the it would over fill the jacuzzi and it was ice cold and same with the pool....
