'So much is right here, from decor to food to personnel, so that it was hard to understand why such a hotel is stillstuck in the Holiday-Inn past with its ac system blasting cold air in noisily. 'Hotel was nice and had good atmosphere. I attended based on a work conference in the conference rooms. Overall stay was good, but did not utilize any amenities such as pool or spa. Only issue for 4-stars was due to difficulties in dealing with a double-charge issue on my room which has garnered multiple calls to resolve. '
