'Information via Expedia was not great. If you mention in the booking breakfast with a checkmark behind it I assume it will be included. This is just intentionally unclear.
The hotel staff was very nice but the building was quite old and not recently renovated. Breakfast was very busy and only limited options. For the 25 usd, also a cappucino was not included and charged extra. We also paid much more 3 months in advance than the price was a few weeks and days before our trip. Which was not...

'Great location and this is my favorite Kansas City hotel but i didn’t get a shower cap because a hospitality kit was not provided. There wasn’t a coffee machine or kettle provided, though I asked twice at the reception. No mugs either. And room service was skipped for almost 2 days until I asked. We ran out of soap and toilet paper.'

'The staff at Margaritaville were exceptional. Very friendly and efficient.
They really seemed to prioritize the guests.
The hotel was very clean and the rooms were comfortable as well as clean.
The only complaint I have is that I didn't realize they sold day passes to the pool for $40.00. Anyone who wants to enjoy their pool is welcome to pay which really makes it overcrowded. Really overcrowded to the point it made it uncomfortable.

'We stayed here for the World Cup and had a great experience. Clean, spacious property very conveniently located for activities in downtown Cleveland, and along the streetcar line. It’s connected to a shopping mall and food court with a nice pool and plenty of onsite dining. Very helpful staff, especially Abby at the front desk who helped us deal with a minor issue with our room quickly and professionally. Highly recommend.'

'Was unaware this property is in foreclosure and changing hands, but the staff was excellent and helpful. The restaurant was well run with very good food and reasonable prices. The outdoor pool deck could use attention, and the pool was freezing cold so we didn’t get in. Our room had a small balcony overlooking the Plaza, so we sat outside morning and evening.
