'Room temperature, humidity and spotless… food as advertised was pretty good and an unexpected treat was an excellent wine list, I particularly enjoyed Spanish wines from Ribera del Duero … service friendly and willing to fulfill your requests, which is rare. The chef at the French restaurant, prepare a coconut rice for me outside the menu options. Lovely place, a bit far from everything but for me was perfect!'

'Rooms were clean and updated. Service was great. Staff was friendly. Drinks were awesome. They have coors lite and coronas as well! We had a swim up with concierge . If you have kids, it’s worth it. We did a trip for purely relaxation and we barely left our swim up pool! Servers came right to the pool for orders! We went to the beach a couple times, Carts are every couple minutes. We never waited and the kids loved sitting in the back seat. Water was warm. Seaweed was there but not horrible....

'I was satisfied with my stay. Everything was great, although I did find that the selection of foods was more limited in the Platinium section compaired to the main restaurant. The à la carte restaurants that we tried were disappointing. 'Zeer aangenaam verblijf gehad. Het is een zeer uitgestrekt en idyllisch hotel vlak aan het strand. Er zijn vele bars en restaurants met een grote variëteit aan keukens, voor ieder wat wils. De kamer was niet altijd even proper gepoetst en toonde toch wel wat gebruikssporen. Jammer vonden wij dat er geen souvenirshops waren in de buurt van het resort en de vrij lange afstand tot de luchthaven. 'Great food, amenities, events by the pool during the day and in the lawn in the evenings. Plenty of activities for kids so the beach remained pretty peaceful and not crowded. Probably the best hotel/resort gym I’ve ever seen. If I had one recommendation, it would be to add more umbrellas on the beach. There were plenty of chairs, but umbrellas became a Hunger Games situation as there was one umbrella for every 10-15 chairs (versus one umbrella for every two chairs by the pool). '
