'What they do well, they do really well. Staff was incredible across the board. Commodore suite was beautiful. The overall grounds are very well maintained. Only complaint i have is that the butler service was advertised as 24/7 but were only there part of the day, were hard to get ahold of, and changed daily. Other guests that we attended a tour with seemed to get much better service so perhaps we just got a dud, but it was disappointing. Overall a terrific stay though. '

'Resort was awesome. It is very large but has shuttles if you don’t want to walk. Lots of pools, bartenders were great, entertainment was great, lots of food options and never had to wait long to be seated. There weren’t any planned teen activities but plenty to do on your own. 'I was satisfied with my stay. Everything was great, although I did find that the selection of foods was more limited in the Platinium section compaired to the main restaurant. The à la carte restaurants that we tried were disappointing. The food quality wasn’t up to expectations, and the service was very quick, they seemes eager to clear the table as fast as possible for the next guests.'

'Zeer aangenaam verblijf gehad. Het is een zeer uitgestrekt en idyllisch hotel vlak aan het strand. Er zijn vele bars en restaurants met een grote variëteit aan keukens, voor ieder wat wils. De kamer was niet altijd even proper gepoetst en toonde toch wel wat gebruikssporen. Jammer vonden wij dat er geen souvenirshops waren in de buurt van het resort en de vrij lange afstand tot de luchthaven.
