The à la carte restaurants that we tried were disappointing. 'If you don't book directly through the hotel you are treated very different. I called in advance to setup some things for our anniversary, basically they dropped the ball and we waited over two hours to check in past the 3pm check in time. Very upsetting!! They said that we would get the amenity order the next day instead of upon arrival and it never came and then didnt want to credit us. Horrible experience'
