'Nothing like any Sofitel I knew in other cities and worse than few years ago when I visited here. Bed sheaths were unclean( stain on it!) and even though I took them off, they put them back again.
Will not come back here.'

'Lovely stay at the Four Seasons in Georgetown, Washington DC. The property is beautiful and the hotel service is perfect. There is a lovely spa on the property as well. My husband got a wonderful deep tissue massage.
We got upgraded to a suite and it was AMAZING! Modern, clean and renovated, new and spacious. Beautiful decor. A wonderful bath, spacious living room and bedroom.
The bed was super cozy. The food service is delicious too!
We will be back for another stay! It was beautiful.'
