'Clean, comfortable bed, plenty of amenities. Steps and entry were a little awkward. Street parking only unless you paid extra for their garage which was a very tight fit for my sedan. Note older building so could hear neighbors but it wasn’t intrusive. Also note 3.6 miles to Wrigley was a 25 minute drive. Overall great place and would stay again.'

'Bathroom sink didn't drain properly, building has an unpleasant odor, limited towels, floor dirty, bug on counter, room tired and need updating and extra charges upon check in.'

'Very dirty, old room. If it wasn’t that close to the airport and quiet I would have left. And even the low price was far too much for what it was.'

'The host responded quickly to my requests. Apartment was clean. Kitchen well stocked with cooking, utensils, spices, etc. He registered my car so I coiud park on the street without any problem. Close to the Blue Line stop to take the "L" into downtown Chicago.'

'Very cute little place to stay. Parking was a mess but once we got it figured out it went smoothly. Was so hot in there would have been nice to be able to adjust the thermostat without messaging the owner but we made it work.'

'Unit was fine. The building smelled awful...lobby and foyer like 25 cans of febreeeze. choking sweet .'

'Fabulous location and the host was extremely responsive to communications which I rarely need with VRBOs.Be aware that laundry is in the building, not the unit - but very close and not a problem. Property is up one flight, no elevator. Also, spacious closet but no dresser or drawers. No big deal depending on length of stay. None of this was misrepresented, I just didn’t notice or ask the right questions.'

'Room was nice and in a safe location.'

'This is a great little garden unit studio. We had a bit of a longer stay but it was very comfortable and clean. I would definitely recommend!'

'Great communication from the property owner & great location for family to visit Chicago. 10-15 minute walk through a nice neighborhood to get to the train to take downtown. Plenty of restaurants, groceries, etc near to the building. Clean & good space for family of 5!'

'Excellent marketing. You get EXACTLY what is described. Look closely at the photos and make sure that is what will make you comfortable. Location was excellent. The view from the rooftop was great for sunrises or sunsets (some functional furniture would be nice). We stayed there a full 7 days. It was a great place to crash for sleep after an exhausting long day at work. I would suggest taking an HDMI cable unless you are. comfortable entering your streaming passwords into someone else's TV...

'Truly wonderful experience and amazing hosts that are responsive!'

'We really enjoyed our stay here. The communication was great. Check-in was flawless. We were able to find free parking close by. The listing is accurate, and the location was perfect for our visit to Chicago. We would definitely stay again. Well-equipped kitchen, in-unit laundry, plug strips and extra bedding all were appreciated.'

'My wife and I stayed here when we came to town for a concert at the united center. We actually walked to the venue and it was about 45 mins, a lovely walk. It was a very convenient location, lovely apartment, and the host communicated very well. Check in and out was easy. Great neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again.'

'Parking was easy, directions were so simple. We had a GREAT time!! This place is so cute. Decorated so well. The beds are very comfy and plenty of sunlight comes into the room. Very obvious this place was spruced up recently because it feels very modern and lovely.'
