Having stayed here several times in the past it really has declined in the past experiences we have had there. Our room was clean and the accommodations fine but the rest of the area needed service especially at the front desk and departure.'

'The Admiral was an excellent place to stay for the money. A very clean and well-maintained property. Very cute and charming 50's style office/home with hanging flowers pots all around it. Two level motels with a very nice pool. The motel is on the end of the main downtown waterfront so it's very easy to walk. It's perfect to leave car at motel since the town charges to park on street. No food available, only coffee in room. Nice little breakfast place 1 min walking across street. Other places...

'De Super 8 is een grote blokhut die ligt tussen een Walmart en een MacDonald. Op zich prima en ruim, maar ze waren aan het verbouwen. De vloer bestond uit hardboard platen aan elkaar getaped met Ducttape. Er hing overal een doordringende latex geur en de stoel bij het tafeltje was een douchekruk. Bij het ontbijt was te weinig koffie, of melk, of brood... Het personeel was wel heel vriendelijk'

'Family friendly, spacious rooms. Tons to do at the resort and in town. Nice casual walk to town that takes minutes. The only negative as a young family were the doors in the West Lodge. The rooms only have a push button for a lock, wish they had a high latch on both the inside and deck doors. Other than that great place!'

'We showered and put our towels in basket as asked. Next day we returned to house after the wedding and the towels were not replaced in our room so we couldn't shower. There was no direction provided on how to receive new towels. I just assumed they checked our room and would have replaced the towels. Over all I would stay again. It was a good place to stay and very quiet place'

'It was really bleh. I was in room 12, i paid extra for the jacuzzi tub and didn't even use it, it didn't look clean. The bathroom has a lower ceiling, if you're 6' and over chances are you dont fit in the shower. The amenities were bad. The carpet in the room should be removed. If anything ask for room 1 to 11. In 12 you are in a renovated garage, you have two rooms over your head and you are located in the center of a parking lot. I would not book again. The check in is all via texts so thats...

'Excellent staff , a lot of activities. Beautiful landscape , hiking, swimming, biking, boating. And much much more. Great for families. Free coffee, water. Go online check at the pictures. Don’t expect a hotel it’s a camp. Close to Bolton Landing for restaurants and see all the activities offered. We are returning with the family. 5 stars'
