'My only criticism would be that no rooms were available when I tried to check in, and I asked for a phone call when one became available, and never got a call...but, Hyatt Place is my favorite hotel brand when I'm traveling alone for business. Love the design and decor, and their attention to detail RE: charging ports, etc.'

The lobby area was under renovation when we arrived, but they fixed it right up.

"The sheets on one of the beds were used and not changed. There were swet and blood stains on the sheet. When I asked for a refund the employee couldn’t give me one. The manager didn’t pick up the phone when he called him.
We had to come back tomorrow when the manager was there. No we can’t, we wouldn’t be in Santa Fe anymore. We had to come to the lobby yesterday and they would have given us another room. My husband was already sleeping and I was ready to go to bed. Should we pack up everything and move in the middle of the night? There was also a dog in one of the rooms that kept barking the whole evening.
