"AC did not seem to cool down when put on lower temperature.Bidet function toilet doesn't work. Drain is not cleaned and was a little clogged. It was very gross. Breakfast buffet was cold. Luggage doesn't fit under bed, taking up a lot of space."

However, ignoring how exhausted we were, he said that the room would only be provided after full payment. He then gave us the address of an exchange office to convert the rest of the money. Exchanging the money took about several hour, and finally, after much stress and exhaustion, they gave us the room we had booked for eight nights. Didn't use the Sauna since it is only for men and I didn't want my girlfriend to feel left behind. Wish it was for all genders but that is their policy and I respect that, it's not Europe. If I go back to Tokyo I would stay there again. "
