'Just finished a four day stay at the hotel and it was a great stay. We are traveling with a toddler so having access to a kitchen, feeding chair, a crib, and space for her to run around helped ease the stress of traveling with a small child. 'Prima groot stadshotel, veel kamers en dus veel gasten, wat soms to drukte leidt bij het ontbijt en bij in- en uitchecken. Verschillende restaurants, heel verschillende prijzen. Ruim winkelaanbod in het hotel. Over het algemeen service-minded personeel. Metro en trein op enige minuten loopafstand, wat niet zo prettig is bij hitte of regen. Altijd taxi's beschikbaar. Bedden laag en vrij hard. Keurig onderhouden en schone kamer.'

'Great hotel. The rooms are in very good condition since the hotel is new. The design of the rooms and of the public areas is really neat. Only the last night the fire alarm sounded and everyone in the hotel was awake. The location is really great. The area has many bars and restaurants and is still very quiet. On walking distance to the more busy Roppongi. '

"Personnel was just amazing! The room, for Tokyo norms, was actually quite spacious. It was always spotless clean after I returned from work. I didn't have lunch or dinner here so I do not know if it is good, but twice I had the breakfast and I found that I really got excellent quality. The buffet is a mix of East and West, with many warm options such as beef ragout pasta and grilled chicken (if that is what you like) but you also find the traditional Western items there such as cheese, smoked salmon, eggs etc. The hotel was close to a railway station which I could use with my Japan rail pass. It's in a quiet and safe area and when you look out of the window you are not going to see many neon signs or those typical Tokyo neon lit streets, but you are just a very short drive removed from Shinjuku station which provides more action. You get a personal terrace which I found great. I personally had the view of the park which was amazing. Personally I appreciated the quiet surrounding, but it's a matter of preference. I did not use the common pool but they have one. I did use the gym though. It is a nice clean gym. Putting some weights there would be a nice addition for those of us who like to work with weights instead of doing cardio. All in all, I would say 9/10. Thanks a lot. "

"Although the rooms are small they are luxurious and well equipped. The staff is friendly and helpful. Didn't use the Sauna since it is only for men and I didn't want my girlfriend to feel left behind. Wish it was for all genders but that is their policy and I respect that, it's not Europe. If I go back to Tokyo I would stay there again. "
