'The unit where we stayed was very small but it was cozy and clean. You have all of he appliances you need with the kitchen, microwave, electric kettle, refrigerator and washer. The refrigerator it’s small so it is better to buy a small amount of groceries throughout the trip so everything can fit in it. The shower is nice and the water pressure and temperature are great. The response from the management/owners is prompt, especially when it was related to requests or questions I had. The...

'Perfect spot if you want to be away from the very busy parts of Tokyo. Room was about the expected size in Tokyo. Waseda station about a 10min walk away to easily get into the city. Lovely local restaurants and shops in the area. Had to check ourselves in by getting the keys from a lockbox in front of the building but the instructions were very clear on how to obtain them.'

En cuanto la atención y el servicio con el personal, esta muy lejos de ser la mejor y de ser el servicio al que te acostumbra japon, hacer el check in es complicado y hasta las 3 (que es hora normal) pero el check out a las 10 con nada de flexibilidad, pedí el check out por el chat de expedía con el propietario, y me habían dicho que me avisaban para el late check out obvio con un costo...

'Property was clean, safe and close to food and transportation. (Self) Check in/out was emailed in advance and was easy. Pictures online made the living room look bigger, but our family of three made it work. Amenities in the shower (like modes of ventilation) and clothes washer were very useful to us.'

'We had a wonderful stay here, it's just one station from the busy Shinjuku station, which made it a wonderful place to travel from every day but at the same time it was very quit. The owner was very friendly and gave us some wonderful tips! The studio itself is very nice and well proportioned and has everything you need for your trip. We definitely recommend staying here!'
