'The room was nice clean and very comfortable. Easy walking to the ballpark for baseball game.'

'All the staff were pleasant and the manager was excellent. The breakfast was hit and the lady that Ean the breakfast kept the dining area clean. The fact is the hotel is getting older and needs some renovation. The elevator has floor b of arcs loose. The windows should be cleaned. Our room had some visible flaking if the paint and maybe from some water damage. Overall it was okay but I would not stay there again other than the staff certainly stood out'

'Arrived late in the evening ready to relax and sleep for the night. After doing my usual inspection of the bed I discovered crumbs, stray hairs, and what looked like makeup on the pillow cases and sheets. The room was cleanish, about as clean as a typical hotel. It apps if they just didn’t change the sheets. I did mention to the front desk staff and they were friendly and helpful. Otherwise the stay was fine with no additional issues.'

'Staff was polite. The hotel claims to be 100% nonsmoking, however the room smelled like it either used to be a smoking room or someone had recently been smoking in there. Room cleanliness was poor. The bedsheets seemed to be the cleanest items in there. Floors turned out socks dirty. Towels were soft but stained. Bathtub looked like it had not been cleaned properly in quite some time, the bottom was darkened and there was hair and soap buildup. Breakfast was all carbs — waffles, bagels/bread,...

'Our stay was a disaster. It started off well when we received a free room upgrade. I was so excited when I saw the huge soaking tub, only to find out when I went to take a bath that there was no plug. I called down to the front desk, but they said they didn't have one for me. Since I hadn't been expecting the tub in the first place, I didn't feel like I could be too upset about there not being a plug. However, when I went to take a shower instead, there was a hair at the bottom of the shower....

'Breakfast was very well done. The staff doing breakfast was very nice and knew peoples names which was very nice to hear. The room was clean. My coffee pot didnt work and they changed it out but that one didnt work either. They were helpful but after the 2nd coffee pot it was not worth the headache. It was a safe location and convenient for where I was going.'

'At first glance we were happy with the hotel. However, when we took the kids to the pool we saw clumps of hair on the ground and in the pool. We figured it was just from some kiddos. However, when we got to our room and looked there was more hair in the sheets when we pulled them back, and on the pull sofa bed we saw white stains on the couch. The mattress on the sofa bed was also straight springs and not sleepable. I will say the person at the front desk felt horrible and was very polite.'

'The property was good. When we arrived at 5:43 pm and had a reservation. The room was not ready even though check-in was supposed to be at 3:00 pm. There were several people waiting. They did offer free breakfast to make up for it but we don't eat breakfast. We were headed to a concert at Blossom music festival and needed to get ready so was very disappointed in that. We waited about 10-15 minutes for a room to be cleaned. The room was okay except the toilet/shower area. It was dirty and...

'We stayed one night with two toddlers, and it was functional. Not very clean, but not disgusting. The facilities definitely need to be updated and repaired, but the aesthetics of the room were not our priority. The bedding and towels have holes, and there are no blackout curtains.'

'The location was perfect. I needed a late checkout and they were very accommodating. We ate lunch at the restaurant and it was delicious. The menu had many tasty options, it was hard to decide. As usual, the cookie was perfect!'
