'This house has amazing views and the fishing either off the decks or downstairs is great. It is a beautiful house with spectacular views and right on the ocean.With that said, there are some things that really detracted from the property. The cookware looked like something they threw away at a garage sale it was pitiful. Burned pans, teflon pans with half the teflon scratched off, etc. If you set these at the curb, no one would pick them up. The stove downstairs was a cheap very basic white one...

'Morning sunrises and evening sunsets were beautiful daily. Easy access to the beach with littles is very convenient and much more comforting to know not as many people around and traffic. The house is clean as always and typically very good and quick communication from host. '

'We had a family emergency and had to travel quickly to the Daphne/Fairhope area. This home was magical. We were there for a very stressful and emotional situation, but returning to such a peaceful and calm atmosphere was exactly what we needed. Horses and cultivated fields everywhere. It's remote but perfect, and still not 10 minutes from restaurants. We also traveled with a black lab and the layout was just right for her ease of movement (she's an old girl) and care. It actually lives much larger than its ample square footage so it could be ideal for 3-4 couples with its 4 bedrooms and private baths and a pool. 'Host initiated early contact with us on directions, instructions for access, and hints to make our stay most enjoyable. We are already planning to return next year. Direct access to the beach was FABULOUS! We really enjoyed the Ft. Morgan area away from tourist land in Gulf Shores. Highly recommend taking the ferry to Dauphin Island plus exploring local forts and other historical sites. Of course, we also enjoyed a visit to Lamberts. Thank you!'

"Het hotel is netjes en de kamers zijn schoon met comfortabele bedden. Het was druk toen we er waren, dus ook druk bij het ontbijt maar dit was wel goed geregeld. De parkeerplekken waren allemaal in gebruik en als het hotel vol is dan vraag ik me af of er wel voldoende parkeerplekken aanwezig zijn. Het hotel is prima maar ze mogen wel nadenken waar ze de leerlingen van scholen plaatsen. Wij hebben hierdoor overlast ervaren. Achter elkaar geren op de gang, muziek, geschreeuw en de hele tijd als ze aanwezig waren smijten met de deuren. Toen we er wat van gezegd hadden werd het nog erger en vonden de 2 jongens van de overliggende kamer het nodig om keihard tegen onze deur te slaan of te schoppen. Wellicht had het hotel maatregelen kunnen nemen want we zullen vast niet de enige op de gang geweest zijn die hier last van hadden en dat is toch wel jammer omdat het hotel op zich keurig netjes is, vlakbij het strand en een prima zwembad heeft."
