'Had hoped for a quaint, downtown property with some old charm. I guess the price point should have been an indicator of the hotel’s quality. Stained and worn out furniture, musky smells, make shift A/C, lack of electrical plugs, baseboards partially ripped out in bathroom. The property has so much potential, but it appears that the failure of upkeep will prevent it from becoming a truly good hotel experience. Staff was polite. We checked in, and immediately left to stay at a different hotel. '

'The hotel is new, clean, and had nice amenities…however during our overnight stay we went to use the microwave in room and found it to be unplugged. Easy enough fix most of the time, but we found that the outlet was mostly obstructed by the cabinet and the cord could not be plugged in, the hole for the outlet was completely off. 'We just got back from 5 days at Escapes on the Shores. The 2 Bedroom/2 bath condo met all of our expectations! We had beach front with a balcony on the 4th floor.We actually didn’t see any staff as we did not need anything. I would most definitely stay there again! But longer than 5 days!'

'My wife and I have stayed here multiple times. We stay here when we dont bring our dog. We have not had a bad experience. We love the location and rooms. Depending on the room you can have a decent, good and or excellent view of the ocean. Our condo didnt have a can opener and they brought one with in an hour. We dont do the pools but the pools look clean. Group we stayed with said only one pool was heated and there is no hot tub? We definitely recommend and will 100% be back'

' You will Need to buy a parking pass onsite, bring extra toilet paper(they only give you 1 roll for a week),the sleeper sofa with flip over while you are sleeping in it. 'This property is immaculate! Bedrooms are HUGE and open space of kitchen and great room is an EXCELLENT gathering area...and at the back of the house - so no outside disturbances. Great location to navigate both Orange Beach and Gulf Shores along with inland communities. Although we had some challenges with the internet; service staff was extremely helpful (over a holiday) and rectified the situation in a timely manner. HIGHLY recommend this property. '

"Het hotel is netjes en de kamers zijn schoon met comfortabele bedden. Het was druk toen we er waren, dus ook druk bij het ontbijt maar dit was wel goed geregeld. De parkeerplekken waren allemaal in gebruik en als het hotel vol is dan vraag ik me af of er wel voldoende parkeerplekken aanwezig zijn. Het hotel is prima maar ze mogen wel nadenken waar ze de leerlingen van scholen plaatsen. Wij hebben hierdoor overlast ervaren. Achter elkaar geren op de gang, muziek, geschreeuw en de hele tijd als ze aanwezig waren smijten met de deuren. Toen we er wat van gezegd hadden werd het nog erger en vonden de 2 jongens van de overliggende kamer het nodig om keihard tegen onze deur te slaan of te schoppen. Wellicht had het hotel maatregelen kunnen nemen want we zullen vast niet de enige op de gang geweest zijn die hier last van hadden en dat is toch wel jammer omdat het hotel op zich keurig netjes is, vlakbij het strand en een prima zwembad heeft."
