'The whole experience was amazing. There are so many amenities that come with your stay that it takes a few days, yes days to understand everything that is available. The staff is amazing. You can ask anyone a question about the property and they either give you the answer or know who to get you too for the answer. My favorite was the pool is open 24 hours. The night swimming was alot of fun.'

'The pool was closed due to renovations that they did not make us aware of the pool being closed. The rooms were ok the best part of the rooms were the beds. We could not watch TV because there was no WiFi the entire time we were there. The balconies were cracking in spots and the chairs were plastic dollar store chairs. The balcony door had no handle on the outside to pull it back open after you went out and it appears to stick all the time. We did have to keep asking for housekeeping and one...

'The views were beautiful and walking distance to town. The room was clean but our room was unfinished. For example, windows with no curtains and a slider that only had a partial curtain and didn’t fully close. The neighbors got a show every night (and not by choice) Also our water was cut off -twice- but they quickly fixed it. The pool area was hit or miss with too many day-passers drowning the vibe. When you arrive - expect to carry your luggage up two flights of stairs. The food was excellent...

'It's such a comfortable hotel, all amenities are there in the room. The kitchen even has a blender. The views are spectacular, the bed very comfortable and the location fantastic. I loved Coki beach and taking day trips to St. John and jost van dyke. Definitely recommend this place.'
