'The room was great but I didn’t get to select the view. I would have preferred a higher floor for more of a water view. We only stayed for 3 nights. I would suggest staying for longer or picking another place. The restaurant options are limited to a beach bistro and a very nice (expensive) dinner restaurant. The room we were in had a kitchenette but without a car and for only 2 full days, it wasn’t worth it for us to bring in any food. The beach was nice. We didn’t go in the pool. '

'I stayed here for a week. I never once saw anyone that I was certain worked directly for the property. The office was closed at all times. I had to get the WiFi password from the restaurant staff. Before I arrived, I got a text that said my cabin would be left unlocked. Before I left, I got a text telling me to leave the cabin unlocked. I honestly have no idea if anyone knew I was there. 'Clean, nice, close to everything for driving'

'The property was nice, but didnt think it was "Ritz" quality. Our walk to the pool was via a path with exposed dumpsters and the beach was inaccessible due to the seaweed. Not the Ritz's fault and they offered a shuttle to other beaches, but still degraded the experience. Would have been nice to have a shuttle into restaurants as was a significant expense for 5 of us to go 5 minutes into Red Hook. '

'The room was dark and depressing and the second bedroom looked like a low rent apartment in Los Angeles. There was one, unremarkable restaurant at the hotel and no room service. Breakfast entailed walking across the property to a deli/mini mart that was akin to airport food (mostly grab and go). Tons of staff driving empty shuttles around, but no room service and minimal housekeeping? Housekeeping only comes every other day and, so, technically, only came once during our 5 day stay and didn't...

'The condo was beautiful. Clean, beautiful ocean view. The property was great- 3 pools and 2 restaurant/ bars which were excellent. As good or better than any others that we went to. Our host Chris was exceptional. She urged us to rent a car which really was a must due to the terrain and in order to visit the many beaches and other areas. She was also super helpful with ideas of places to visit and restaurants. '
