  • De prachtige locatie van de BluePrint bed & breakfast ligt tussen de beste grachten van de stad Prinsengracht, Reguliersgracht en maakt een perfecte uitvalsbasis om de historische bezienswaardigheden van de stad te genieten.
    Het pand, gelegen in de onderste verdieping van een 18e-eeuws huis in een rustige straat is perfect gerestaureerd en het nieuwe ontwerp maken het grootste deel van zijn unieke architectonische stijl. Het appartement is volledig ingericht, modern en privé en enkele minuten van de belangrijkste musea, restaurants en cafés. Het appartement heeft een eigen ingang vanaf de straat en toegang tot een eigen tuin. De ruimte is geschikt voor maximaal 2 volwassenen en 2 kinderen.

    Het appartement beschikt over veel faciliteiten, zoals een keuken met magnetron, koelkast, vaatwasser en koffiezetapparaat. Houd er rekening mee dat er (als gevolg van plaatselijke voorschriften) geen kookplaat of kachel aanwezig is. De badkamer heeft een regendouche, wasmachine en droger, haardroger, strijkijzer. Apart toilet.

    Het appartement beschikt over een ruime woonkamer met Smart TV, een comfortabele lederen bank en twee enkele maat slaapbanken. Een grote eettafel biedt plaats aan zes personen.

We had a wonderful stay in this precious city. Marteen and his family were wonderful hosts, the accommodations were lovely and close to everything! They had the refrigerator filled before we arrived with cheeses, meat, bread, breakfast foods and more! We would highly recommend this vacation home to anyone traveling to Amsterdam !

We had a wonderful time at this place. Maarten and Malo are really sweet people and great hosts. We stayed 4 nights. The place was perfect for our family of 4. Very clean. The location is safe and close to a metro stop. Very much appreciate the breakfast and snacks; that helped us get an early start. We also used their bikes to go around the canal.

We had a great 3 days in Amsterdam at Maarten & Malo’s apartment. The apartment was stylish and well stocked. The location was perfect to easily walk throughout the city. Maarten was great to deal with and we highly recommend this apartment.

Hosts are very accommodating. Excellent location that makes many attractions walkable The flat is also very close to Vijzelgracht metro station. Washer and dryer are very convenient.Layout of the flat is unique but functional. The kitchen is well stocked. There is no cooktop, if that is important to you.Very comfortable apartment.

The location can’t be beat—walking distance to so many of Amsterdam’s attractions, plus great restaurants, all in a very walkable and uncrowded area. The apartment itself is spotless, modern, well equipped, and full of charm. Malo and Maarten are wonderful hosts. They even provided breakfast for our entire stay, with fresh bread, snacks, yogurt, cheese, juice, and prepared meat. The photos are completely accurate. We couldn’t have asked for a better place.

Excellent location and property!

Perfect location to feel a bit like a local but also close to transit and easy walking to everything. Loved the quaint but very clean property and would love to stay here again in the future.

This ground floor flat is in the Centrum of Amsterdam. You can walk to the museums and you can walk to Dam Square. Wonderful location near Prinsengracht (Prince's Canal) with restaurants, shops, parks, markets, and many places of interest.Host was easy to reach and responsive. Maarten provided delicious bread, croissants, and yogurt for our breakfasts. Tea and coffee provided. Flat has a funky layout but it worked for us. Wonderful hot shower. Comfortable bed.We did not use the bikes offered as cycling in Amsterdam is a serious activity and without knowing the rules it can be dangerous for foreigners. So we walked or used OV Pay to ride trams, Metro, and trains. We even got the senior discount.Recommend taking the free ferries to the North side of Amsterdam even if just to see the skylines.

The area was spacious and clean. The host supplied breakfast for our entire stay with fresh bread, yoghurt, cheese, juice and prepared meets. The location is amazing. There is a metro stop that is just a 5 min walk. There are shops and restaurants everywhere. There is a grocery and wine sire minutes away. It exceeded our expectations

Amazing Rental

The host were amazing, helpful and easy to communicate with them when needed. The apartment was clean and provided plenty of space for our family of 3. The neighborhood was safe and convenient to the metro with a nearby market. 10/10 recommend and hope to stay here again in the future.

Our stay was just what we needed on our first trip to Amsterdam. Maarten and his wife were so sweet to leave us breakfast in the fridge, the most delicious bread, coffee, and various other snacks on the counter for us to enjoy!! We loved the attention to detail. The location of their place was also SO ideal! It’s further enough from city central, but not too far (I believe their house is the 4th canal over from city central). VERY walkable and not as crowded which we liked a lot. They also have bikes you can use if you please! Would recommend :)

Hosts are amazing, apartment safe and comfortable. If you have problems with steps, there are a few outside and inside. Excellent location. We easily walked to most neighborhoods and metro always nearby. LOVED using the bikes! Unfortunately, a lot of our visit was rainy, but we still had an excellent experience!

My wife and stayed in the apartment four nights. Maarten met us upon arrival and went over the functioning of the apartment. The apartment was well stocked with coffee, hot chocolate, cereal, yogurt, cheese, ham and bread. The street is quaint and quiet yet close the tram and walking distance to good restaurants. We ate in the neighborhood every evening.

Perfect in every way

My wife & I were lucky enough to stay here for a few days in April and everything was just perfect. You can’t beat the location for the sites and the home was very well equipped with everything we needed and more. We were supplied with all of the basics and then some with milk, juice, cookies, danishes and plenty more! Milo & Marteen we’re great and offered us some great tips on the local area including which canal tour to take (Frienship Tours). Do not miss this great way to see the city!! Thank you for everything!

Blueprint Haven

This is a cosy home away from home amongst the beautiful canals of Amsterdam! Very quiet and well appointed with everything required in all areas: kitchen, living area and bathroom. Even a small patio off the comfortable bedroom. Included are bikes that Maarten adjusted to fit each of us. Malo and Maarten are caring and conscientious hosts who went out of their way to address our inquiries quickly and thoughtfully. We don’t hesitate to recommend this excellent Amsterdam VRBO.
