Boat with a view in center of Amsterdam

Houseboat at 400 meters from the central station with 2 different apartment connected by a small corridor.
This is the perfect place for 2 couples, four friends or a family of 4.
This is not a good place for people with mobility issues!
The minimum duration of a stay here is 3 nights.
The boat is situated as the last one at the head of a pier offering both a glorious view and all the privacy you can imagine.
Both apartments have a kitchen, shower/bathroom and bedroom and can be connected via a small passage and a steep staircase or disconnected by two doors.
The apartments are called the wheelhouse and the hold apartment. The wheelhouse has a sleeping place in the back part with a twin bed under the floor. The height here is 110 cm and there are various portholes.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge and a nespresso apparatus with as many cups as you like. It is not possible to cook so there is no gasburner or oven.
In front of the wheelhouse apartment is a terrace: here you can quietly enjoy the different forms of water life ( from ducks to tourists in canal trip boats taking pictures of you).
The hold apartment is made in the back part of the hold where once the cargo was stored.
Like the wheelhouse it is made of many different kinds of wood.
With a surface of 35 m2 it offers more space than the wheelhouse. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a fridge, a nespresso machine and a water cooker.
Regulations forbid a gasburner or an oven.
There is a twin bed, two separate single beds beside each other.
There are no dogs allowed on the boat.
As there are many steps to and in the boat as well as a steep staircase between the 2 apartments this is not the right place for the less agile and plus size people!
The Bambooboat is within walking distance of most of the sights the city of Amsterdam has to offer ( in fact it is hard to be more central) and it is always possible to use the (free) Bambooboat bikes for the sights further away.
Those coming by car can park in the Oosterdok Parking opposite the boat; the entrance of the parking is about 800 meters away on foot or they can park a lot cheaper at one of the Park and Rides near the ringroad and get a free tram ticket.
