You'll find this ground level (no stairs) house - part of a villa - in the heart of Amsterdam, in the museum district. Peacefull and private ground across from the beautifull gardens of the Rijksmuseum.

From the window in the living room and the beautifull private garden (26m2) you will have a spectacular view of the Rijksmuseum.

This private part of our house - approx. 80m2 - is located in one of the most popular neighborhoods of Amsterdam. Get an unique Amsterdam experience and easily explore Amsterdam like a local. Just one minute walk from the Rijksmuseum, van Gogh museum and MoCo.

The house is fully family friendly equiped. On request we can provide high chairs for baby's and toddlers. Also we can provide a baby bed and a box. You and your family are more than welcome.

Unique piece of property with more than 3 meter high ceilings with the highest monumental status in Amsterdam.

Fully equiped kitchen (with quooker) and airconditioned.

Filtered, bubbly and boiled water out of the tab. Coffee and tea also included with the apartment. One airconditioning in the livingroom and one airconditioning in one bedroom. The other bedroom is in general cooler and has a ventilator.

Furthermore, the house is next door to the most luxurious shopping street of Amsterdam with Louis Vuitton, Cartier, Tiffany, Prada, Chanel etc. etc.

Fantastic property

I highly recommend this place. The location was fantastic. The bed were comfortable. We were able to cook. It felt very safe. I was concerned with the place being on the first floor but it is so secure that is not a problem.

Best Amsterdam stay yet!

It is difficult to beat the location. Right in Leidseplein beside the Rijksmuseum. Easy walk through to Centraal Station and other downtown areas. Very safe. Very quiet. Very clean apartment that was well appointed and comfortable. Zero complaints whatsoever. Great communication from the manager. Easy check in and check out. I’ll definitely be staying here again!Thank you for everything!

A Beautiful Stay

The VRBO was perfect: clean, quiet, and beautiful. The host was easy to communicate with ahead of check-in and even was able to arrange and early check in. We loved the small touches throughout, like a welcome bottle of wine, great soaps and shampoos, lots of tea and coffee options, and outlet convertors already placed.

Elegant apartment in fabulous location.

This is one of the most elegant, well-equipped properties we have ever stayed in. Everything from the superb bed linens and lovely hand soap, to the gourmet kitchen. The location near museums and parks, was wonderful. Communication, check in and out was handled well, and the extra bedding we requested was ready for us. We are already planning a return trip next spring, and would hope to book this apartment again.

Exceeded Expectations

This apartment was indeed a luxury accommodation and exceeded our expectations in the many amenities it provided in addition to those listed in the description. We loved the location near both the Rijksmuseum and Van Gogh museum. The apartment was clean & in a quiet neighborhood, had comfortable beds, was well-stocked, and had a comfortable space to relax from our days of sightseeing. The check-in and checkout was extremely easy. Our only regret is that we had not booked this apartment for a longer stay in Amsterdam.
