Our tastefully decorated houseboat combines luxury and comfort, providing everything you need for a relaxing stay in Amsterdam.

Relax in the bright, open-plan living room, featuring large windows with direct views of the water. The cozy seating area is perfect for unwinding and includes a TV for your entertainment.

Fully Equipped Kitchen:
Prepare meals with ease in the modern kitchen, which includes:

* Dishwasher, fridge, and freezer
* Nespresso machine with milk frother
* Kettle, blender, and all necessary kitchen utensils

Private Outdoor Oasis:
Step out onto your private 30 m² roof terrace, complete with a lounge sofa, Adirondack chairs, and a hammock. As a truly waterfront home, you have direct lake access for swimming right from the houseboat—there's even a diving board for extra fun!

Restful Bedrooms:
Downstairs, you'll find two comfortable bedrooms. The standard arrangement is one queen-size bed and two single beds. Upon request, we can configure the space to have two queen-size beds.
The bedroom offers plenty of comfort and convenience: you'll find a walk-in closet and an additional spacious wardrobe, allowing you to store all your belongings easily and stylishly.

Modern Bathroom:
The luxurious bathroom features both a deep soaking tub and a large rain shower. Fresh towels are provided for your convenience.

Safe and convenient parking is available right next to the property in the Frans Otten Parking Garage, which is monitored by security cameras.
We recommend reserving in advance via Mobihub P+R to enjoy the discounted rate of only €25 per day.

Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire B&B during their stay. This includes all interior spaces – the living area, kitchen, bedrooms, and bathroom – as well as the spacious 30 m² private roof terrace. Enjoy your own private entrance to this unique floating home.
