Welcome to our lovely newly renovated apartment (May 2024), right by the famous Amstel river. Situated in a peaceful courtyard, this spacious and bright apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

This luxurious apartment offers a blend of comfort and convenience, perfect for a work trip or a leisurely stay in the beautiful city. Featuring high-speed WiFi, it's ideal for those who need to stay connected or work remotely, making it a true home away from home. The minimum stay is 7 nights, ensuring you have ample time to enjoy all the amenities this apartment has to offer.

With a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious open living/dining area, a bathroom complete with a separate shower and bathtub, a separate toilet, and two inviting bedrooms, one of which features a convenient desk setup, this apartment has everything you'll need for a comfortable stay. Step outside the bedrooms to find a charming backyard, perfect for relaxation.

I have stayed in many apartments in Amsterdam and this was definitely one of my favorites. They thought of everything. There was a convenient light right above the bed with a shelf so you could put jewelry or your phone. There was a plug right next to the bed, which is not something you find in most apartments in Amsterdam. It was on the ground floor, which is unheard of. It had a microwave convection oven combo and it had a stove top too. The floors were heated and it kept the apartment toasty. They also had a space heater/fan as well as a table top fan in each bedroom. There is a small patio and you have access to the patio off of each bedroom.It’s right on the Amstel river, which was so beautiful. I can’t say enough good things about this place. There’s a grocery store and drugstore nearby. I felt very safe in the neighborhood. The host responded to any issues that we might’ve had including the fact that I needed to see a doctor. He messaged me right away with the information that I needed anytime I messaged him. I had zero problems with the Wi-Fi and the apartment was very clean. He has more than one unit so if you have some friends or family that might want to go with you, you could potentially have apartments right next-door to each other. Anyway, I highly recommend.

Our stay was comfortable, quiet, and a perfect location. Metro was around the corner, and a friendly cafe at the corner. This space was well stocked, with clear instructions for all of the appliances. Check in was easy, and the hosts were incredibly friendly and accessible. Could not recommend this space more.

Super location. 5 minutes to the Metro with a grocery store very close to the Metro. Large clean apartment. Newer appliances. Comfortable beds and hot showers. Any minor problem was fixed quickly. We would definitely stay there again.

Clean beautiful apartment

Had such a wonderful stay here - clean apartment with everything you could need for a wonderful stay including amenities like shampoo, conditioner, soap, laundry detergent, dish soap, etc. There were two very informative and easy to read small instruction booklets (with pics) on how to use the appliances, get around, neighborhood facts and even a section on how to get medical care which we ended up needing - was so thankful to have the information at our fingertips. The apartment is located very close to the Metro which is a quick connection point for all all other forms of transport (Tram or Train). Quiet, safe and peaceful. Close enough to the center of town but far enough to not be too busy or noisy. The host was very prompt in responding along with reaching out just to make sure all was well. Had lovely little touches all over the apartment that made it very home-like. Would highly recommend staying here!!
