'I stayed here for the weekend while some work was being done on my house, and it was perfect. It's small (obviously, since it's a studio), but it's SO cute and perfect for either a solo or couples' getaway. It has everything you'd need for a short stay, coffee maker, fridge, hair dryer, etc. I didn't meet the host, but she was super friendly and communicative, and gave very specific directions for how to get into the apartment. Would definitely book here again if the need arises.'

Katheryn was responsive and helpful throughout the entire process, making check-in and communication seamless.We especially loved the rooftop deck. You can hear live music play from downtown Raleigh, and the city sunset was a great way to end the evening. It was the perfect place to relax and recharge.Highly recommend this...

'Great location to walk to venues!'

'The property was in my opinion not clean. The first night I woke up with a cockroach crawling on me. Every day I had bugs on my clothes from this property. The check in process was terrible. They messaged earlier in the day to ask ETA of my arrival. I gave them the time and still I did not receive my access to the rental for a while longer. '

'This apartment is centrally located to everything we need when we’re in town visiting family. It is spacious, super clean, and communication with the owner is always great. All basic dishes and pots/pans are provided which is nice, the in unit washer and dryer is a perk too. Highly recommend lunch or dinner at the smokehouse, you can’t go wrong staying here!'

'We stayed here for 2 months during a temporary work assignment. The house was perfect size for the two of us and has a nice small yard and front porch to get outside on. The property owner was very responsive to any questions or issues we ran into during our visit. We would definitely stay here again if the circumstances needed us in this area.'
