'This boutique hotel is a delight. It is like being transported in time but it does not feel old. It is very rare to be able to stay in an exceptional property like this.'

'Charming and picturesque house steps from all of the best things about Annapolis.'

'The rooms are rather old and in need of a refurb: blinds on window (in two separate rooms) did not work, and in both rooms the safe was broken. I had to ask on three separate occasions to have house keeping clean the room and replace towels etc. House keeping eventually cleaned my room on the 4th day, despite the first request on day 2. This is not a low cost hotel, and I expected better. I would not stay here again'

'The only positive thing this hotel has is location, especially if you are visiting the Naval Academy. We first discovered this hotel 3 years ago, it was wonderful. Now, not so much. In the last 6 months we have stayed here on 6 occasions. Sadly, each time has gotten worse. The rooms are in need of attention. Towel bars broken off bathroom door and wall, flooring uneven and buckling, AC not working on 2 visists, elevators broke on 2 visits, adjoining room door handle and latch broke. The most...

'I thoroughly enjoyed my stay! A great property and close to everything! The only issue that I had was parking. The self park area was too small and I ended up parking in valet lot twice!'

'Wonderful staff! Had a problem getting into the bed because it was too high and I was too short. They were wonderful with accommodating my needs! They moved me to a new room and location!'

'Continental breakfast was average'

'I stayed for 5 nights with my small 10 lb dog. I was in town for business and the parking was essential. The kitchenette is very useful and the staff was great. Breakfast was OK but a lot better than other places I have stayed.'

'Breakfast was great'

'The hotel is close to lots of shopping and dining options.'

'The one thing that I am so impressed with is how quiet the property is. So many hotels are noisy all night and day. This one, even though it's right next to a busy highway, is pin drop quiet. So much appreciated.'
