'Een woord geweldig!!'

'We booked this hotel last minute as the hotel we initially booked did not meet our expectations, and it was the best decision to choose this hotel. The hospitality was outstanding from the moment we arrived, down to our departure. The staff were helpful and friendly - we enjoyed casual chats and recommendations for sightseeing. The hotel was spotless clean - lobby, room, spa, bar and restaurant. The room was well equipped. The functionality of the room was clearly designed with guests’ comfort...

'The staff were amazing, caring, and total pros. Our massage was great, they have laundry service, and there were many delicious food and drink options. The hotel is charming, cozy and fun.'

'The staff, breakfast and the outdoor pool was great! However, location is perfect. Love it!!'

'綺麗なお部屋でした。 冷蔵庫が冷えます。 旧市街、ドンスアン市場、ホアンキエム湖に徒歩圏内で立地が良かったです。 朝食も美味しく頂きました。 スタッフの方も親切でした。'

'Everything was good. The pool was a bit small as we expected it to be bigger. Very kind staff and helping out whenever required.'
