I especially appreciated their quick responses and being able to provide suggestions on the different sights to see in Hanoi. 'I took the standard room and it was very clean and modern. It is very small and compact, you litterally open the door into the bedroom and there is another door for bathroom. It was very hot when I was there, the A/C wasn't very strong but with the fan on, I could sleep well. The door key is also used to power the room and this is common in many places. So during the day, the room got hot and the fridge, warm. It takes about 20 min for the room to cool down once you put the power back on since...
