'Only stayed for one night but we were made to feel welcome as soon as we arrived. We were given snacks and a drink, check in was quick and easy and we were given a room upgrade to an amazing suite. The hotel and room was stunning and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

I especially appreciated their quick responses and being able to provide suggestions on the different sights to see in Hanoi. L'hôtel est bien situé dans le Vieux Quartier, à environ 10 minutes du lac. Le personnel de la réception a organisé une excursion pour nous au Pagode de l'Encens.
