'Only stayed for one night but we were made to feel welcome as soon as we arrived. We were given snacks and a drink, check in was quick and easy and we were given a room upgrade to an amazing suite. The hotel and room was stunning and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Wish we could have stayed longer and would definitely recommend. '

'The hotel room is clean, the bed is comfortable, the air conditioner runs smoothly and the space is quiet at night. Great location, just a few minutes to Hoan Kiem Lake walking street and the train street. I really like the breakfast buffet here - with pho, eggs and bread. The staff is enthusiastic and friendly. The price is reasonable compared to the central area. If you want a simple, clean, central place to stay - Sky Charm Hanoi hotel & spa is a good choice.'

'I absolutely loved Bi Ecosuites. The hosts were amazing! The building is located in a very quiet and safe residential neighborhood, not far from all the cafes, shops, barbers, restaurants, massage parlors, monuments, tourist attractions. You name it. The room itself was top notch. Very clean, nicely furnished and equipped with everything you would need for a short or long stay. The big Samsung smart tv was great too. I highly recommend Bi Ecosuites while in Hanoi. '

'Super séjour. Chambre très agréable avec un petit balcon et un lave linge. Communication très fluide avec le gestionnaire, situation très bien calme et sécurité. Proche des peux de visites principaux. Juste un petit conseil il faudrait voir pour enlever le calcaire du pommeau de douche et une solution pour les remontes d’odeurs parfois. Sinon rien à dire je reviendrais sans problème. C’est très bien. Je recommande. '

"Excellent location, easy walk to many tourist attractions. We stayed for 3 nights which we then headed to Ha Long Bay for 2 nights. We left our luggage at the hotel without any issues.
Best part of the hotel are the staff! Very helpful and always there to provide any guidance about Hanoi. Shout out to Angela and Anna for always remembering our names and making our kids feel so special. I think I may have the name correct, Moon, the front desk staff at night was awesome as well.

"J'ai séjourné 2 nuits dans cet hôtel début avril avec un ami. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Le personnel était extrêmement amical et toujours prêt à aider. L'hôtel est bien situé dans le Vieux Quartier, à environ 10 minutes du lac. Le personnel de la réception a organisé une excursion pour nous au Pagode de l'Encens. L'hôtel est assez moderne et très bien entretenu. Je reviendrai ici lors de mon retour à Hanoi !!"
