'We missed our connection through ORD and found a room at Holiday Inn. Even though we got there very late staff was friendly and accommodating and gave us toothbrushes and toothpaste. The beds were comfortable, rooms clean. Some freeway noise but I was able to sleep through it. Great experience in not ideal conditions '

'Just stayed for a couple hours of sleep with the family between two flights. Shuttle to and from airport was convenient. Excellent service on the phone and at reception between midnight and 1am. Some snacks can be bought in the lobby 24/24, and there is a microwave there; this is convenient also.'
