'Overall, we had a good stay at the Freehand Chicago. The location was convenient, and despite being in a busy area, we slept peacefully throughout the night. The hotel was also accommodating in holding our luggage after checkout since we had a later flight, which we appreciated. That said, there were several areas that could be improved. 'Vanaf de luchthaven hebben we een taxi naar ons hotel genomen. Als je Chicago wilt verkennen heb je geen auto nodig. De lokatie van het hotel is uitstekend. Bijna alles is op loopafstand. En met de Big Bus kun je eventueel de afgelegen attracties bekjken. Inchecken ging vlot. Mooie ruime kamer. Badkamer was netjes. Helaas geen inloopdouche, maar douchen in het bad. Prima. Ontbijt was prima. Je kunt je eigen wafel maken, er zijn bagels, sneetjes brood, muffins, roerei, worstjes etc. Geen...

'The shuttle was great. It was okay'

'Water leaked from the wall in between the tub and toilet when the shower is turned on which leaves a huge puddle of water that spreads into the room. I also left a horrible horrible smell and the attendant apologized but said that there was nothing they could do. Very disappointed'

'Although it was an older property, it was extremely well maintained. Our first day the manager Slydell was very helpful with us. All of the staff were helpful and professional. Would stay with them again. Quiet hotel as well.'
