'I stayed at the Palihotel for 10 days, late June-early July and i have to say- it was amazing! I actually booked this hotel after the first one we booked into left us feeling quite unsettled. After a gut feeling we booked palihotel last minute and the staff were amazing! They allowed us to check in early and suggested some places to eat in the area. Staff were always very helpful and patient (especially since we were always up asking for our AC to be adjusted).

'Great West Hollywood hotel right below Sunset Blvrd. Love the spacious garden area and restaurant. Lots of creatives and artists in this celebrity hotel. Pool and some rooms are a little dated (when considering the price) but that’s made up for by the great customer service and overall vibe.'

Lady at reception was not so understanding/ service oriented. However, George was doing a great job with his bar tender at the rooftop bar. We had a great evening and perfect stay. The rooftop outlook is great. Room 351 is spacious, clean and comfortable for staying as a family of 4 with teenagers. '

"The 60's decor is what attracted me a couple of years ago when I first stayed at the Beverly Laurel hotel. In addition to that it is conveniently located near the Beverly Center and The Grove, perfect for people who enjoy walking. The front desk staff was friendly and they even recognized me from earlier trips! The only thing I missed was housekeeping every day... or maybe every other day... but there were plenty of towels and I keep a clean house and room, so I was okay otherwise. If you like excess and luxury this hotel is not for you. However, if you like the charm of yesteryear combined with modern day amenities, a huge bed and peace and quiet, this could be your next stay!"

"Unfriendly staff, housekeeping could do a better job. Washing products were empty, had to go down and ask them myself. These things I expect to be seen by housekeeping in such a high end hotel."
