'We had a great stay! The onsen experience and breakfast are amazing, and the the hotel provides all the details you can hope for. Because of the way the hotel is built, and the beautiful garden, it is a must-do especially during fall. We should have stayed longer!'

'If I can sum it up in one word…. ‘Wow!’ This hotel was amazing. I booked a Japanese style room on the upper floor of the west wing with a private onsen. The room was spacious, clean and really comfortable beds. Sitting in the onsen and having a ‘cold drink’ with the views was amazing. The hotel staff was excellent on check- in and check-out. Dinner and breakfast service was also excellent.'

'Een prima hotel. Grote schone kamer. Ontbijt was heel goed en wij hebben gebruik gemaakt van het diner in buffetvorm. Dit was uitstekend en voor een goede prijs. Personeel is heel aardig. Er is ook van alles te doen: Heerlijke Onsen, tafelvoetbal, tafeltennis, Karaoke kamers, enz. '

'Leuk hotel, maar de matrassen liggen op de grond op een houten kader. Ik heb 2 knieprothesen en dat is niet evident om van zo een laag bed recht te staan. Het avondeten was lekker, maar veel te duur'
