'i wish i could live here. the staff was so sweet, they helped bring me into my room, brought my luggage, and sat me down for check in. i love the free waterbottle they gave, i loved the free drink bar with so much different teas, and i loved the breakfast. their food is so good, their onsen is great, and the parking is free too. the hotel is on a hill so you must get food from the nearby 7-11, sushi resturant, or box burger. i want to stay at this place a again. my daughter and i loved it!'

'Een van de mooiste en schoonste hotels waar ik in heb verbleven. Spa was ook geweldig. Ontbijt had iets Europeaanser gekund, maar was voor de rest uitstekend. Jammer dat ik maar 2 nachten kon blijven. '

'Room is good, but the shower room is on the ground floor same place with the hot spring, the bus stop is nearby to the train station, however there is no supermarket or restaurant nearby, you have to take the bus to get there, hotel is quite far from the train station that the bus fare is not cheap '

'泊まった部屋は広々としていて、アメニティも豊富、贅沢な時間を過ごしました。難を言えば、高台にあるヴィラだったので階段を少しのぼらないといけません。足が悪いひとには無理だと思います。宿泊者の眼が届きにくいところの清掃がやや行き届いていません。木造の風呂はやや傷んでいますが、そういうものだと思えば、それも風情に感じられます。'

'Amazing onsen hotel/ryokan, it has multiple choices of public and private onsens to enjoy aswell as a bath on the balcony. We were in a Japanese room with tatami mats and a stunning view a lovely way to end our honeymoon and was also left a gift with a note wishing us a good honeymoon. I had a great time in the public onsen it was so relaxing with a mix of hot spring baths, an ice bath and sauna. 'Hidden Gem in Hakone — Don’t Sleep on It Asante Inn completely exceeded my expectations. The room was clean, cute, and beautifully organized, and the food was absolutely amazing.
