'Amazing hotel! Warm greeting and great drinks at their cocktail bar. Room was beautiful, elegant and I loved the decor. Breakfast was included and absolutely wonderful, loved the overnight oats & frittata. Will definitely be returning! My only slight complaint was that the steps walking down to Biltmore Ave. were steep, uneven and no handrail. I didn’t have any issues with them but it felt a little treacherous any time we had to use them. '

'This is a fabulous property! Complementary drinks and snacks for happy hour and a gorgeous rooftop bar and Italian restaurant with the most delicious food. I also had the best espresso martini of my life. The rooms were clean and beautiful with a great view of the mountains. The rooms were also very spacious. We all truly enjoyed staying here. '

'The place itself is very clean and nice. Rebecca was GREAT it is silly though that you pay for room but they still charge you extra for parking… The area around it, not so much. We did not feel Comfortable walking to Harrah’s Cherokee. Very sketchy. '
