'Located in the heart of UMass Amherst campus, the convenience to the college is unsurpassed. The staff welcomed us, accommodated all our requests, was friendly and genuine. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had everything needed. A++++ one of the friendliest and comfortable places I’ve stayed in a while.'

'Well the little fridge they had in the room hummed loudly all the time the freezer needed to be defrosted I bought a couple of frozen dinners and couldn't get both of them in the freezer. One of the draws on the side tables when I pulled open the drawer one side of the handle came loose I was able to screw it back in but it needed a screwdriver to tighten it up all small little things but a inconvenience none the less'

'We were greeted upon arrival by a very helpful man at the check in desk. He recommended several restaurants and things to see in the area. Our rooms were beautifully decorated and the beds comfy. We very much enjoyed our short stay and look forward to returning.'

'This place is a real gem in the heart of the Berkshires. It is about a 7 minute walk to Mass MOCA and about a 10 minute walk to their "downtown" area with shops and restaurants. It is about a 30 minute drive to Mount Greylock, the highest point in Massachusetts. The rooms are very spacious and very clean and each room has a porch you can enjoy. One thing to note is that there did not seem to be elevators for getting to the second floor, so dragging luggage up and down was kind of a pain. Very...
