'From the moment we checked in, we had to wait almost 2 1/2 hours before we couldn’t even get up to the front desk. They were taking other people before us that already had rooms, the resort did not live up to the standards that they advertise online my boyfriend stepped on multiple rocks that they didn’t sniff on the beach, cut his foot on a tile from the shower and the outside shower was broken with open wires freely visible. We were also scammed before we even got there by a fake Expedia...

'Room was very clean a bit outdated doors need a paint job but overall good. Staff wait staff selective only one rude person ignored us ( server at the pool) when we asked to serve us the rest of the staff wonderful! Air condition perfect great time!!'

'The Resort is beautiful and the rooms are the most clean and beautiful room I’ve had in Cancun. Oleo has the best views and nicest staff. The food was edible but not so great and had to scrap for days to find something decent. No so great buffet food would be at just about all resorts so not just oleo.'
