'Our week in Phoenix was a disaster...golf gaga me rained out, and then all of baseball cancelled! Thankfully we were staying at the Yavapai House. The place is incredibly clean, well appointed and provisioned, with the most comfortable beds I’ve encountered in a VRBO or AirBnB. We had plenty of room in the house as well as the backyard to hang, and the massage chairs were a hit. We will definitely rent again once baseball is back on!'

'The check in was fast and friendly. They gave us water, which was very appreciated. There is a small area behind the counter that offers cold drinks and snacks for purchase, saving you a trip to the Circle K. The suite’s layout was great. We were able to have privacy while sharing the room and have our own bedtimes. 'It was a nice large house, sadly it wasn't clean and that ruined it for me right out of the gate; the coffee mugs looked frshly drank out of, there were crumbs on the stove, tooth paste on the bathroom backsplash and mirrors. The pool looked like it hadn't been cleaned in awhile. I loved my dogs could join, but there was old dog poop in the yard when we arrived.'
