'Goed hotel gevestigd in een leuke wijk van Boston. Double bed was naar onze mening wel te klein voor 2 personen. Double double room heeft ook een kleine badkamer voor 3 personen. Medewerkers hotel waren erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Restaurant Lucie was top! Goed ontbijt en gezellige bar. '

'Had a little incident with dirty bedding first day and the woman at the desk was very dismissive and rude to my husband when he went down to the desk to address it. Said that it was paint not blood. I carried the sheets down to the desk and showed her. Either way there should not be blood or paint on sheets although it was clearly blood...yuk'

'There are better options in Boston. There was no fridge in the room, there is a coffee machine in the room but only tea available, the coffee place downstairs was always very crowded and has limited breakfast options (good pastries though). Staff was ok but didn’t bother asking how the stay was, and on the last day there were 3 hotel doormen at the front entrance but still a person managed to get in and bother us in the lobby. Positives: good bed, shower, quiet rooms'

'We picked the the best location, we walked to all our tours as well as restaurants! The staff was awesome and very attentive to our needs! We had an issue and lost our phone in the city as we were headed out and it was a mess! But Sherley was so helpful and calming as we figured it all out and we found the phone and still got to the airport! Thank you Sherley!!'
