'My 2 adult kids and I stayed for 5-days and the place was quiet, comfortable and close to many attractions. I did not give 5 stars on the condition, because the yard needs attention, and is overgrown. Other than that, I would definitely stay again! '

'Lovely well maintained property in Queen Anne near Belltown side. Fantastic deck that spanned the entire length of the apartment was amazing! Only drawback was the construction next door. The confines were cozy and check in was a breeze. We used SpotHero to find covered parking nearby. '

'I don’t say this lightly, this is one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. It was very quiet, private, and the location is great for exploring Seattle. The interior is modern and clean. I felt like I was at home for the entire week. Parking was super easy. There are coffee shops within walking distance. The hosts were excellent communicators. I would 100% stay here again. '

'Very clean, great attention to detail. We found the Murphy bed very comfortable, My wife has a hip condition and she hurt less sleeping on this bed than our bed at home! Pillows were great also. We might suggest a couch that is more comfortable. Enjoyed the projection tv! Cozy get away! '

'I booked this as a last minute getaway trip to Seattle. I wanted to be outside of the downtown area for a different vibe and my stay here did not disappoint. Loved the location in the historic Columbia City area and within walking distance of the Light Rail for easy access. Plenty of great restaurants in the area and I loved walking to Seward Park. The room was clean and had many amenities available making it a very comfortable stay. Communication with the host was great. Would stay again. '

'Tom was great. Communicated well both before and during our stay, offered local things for us to do. Property was nice, and quiet. My only downside is the stairs to get to and from the parking. For those of us who are limited mobility having that in the description or a photo so were aware would be helpful. Dont get me wrong, they werent unmanageable but after a long dsy of walking around Seattles attractions those stairs were brutal, BUT I WOULD DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN. The location is...

'Only negative to talk about is the bed blanket was a bit rough. Reminded us of a moving blanket. Could have used some paper towels too. Loved the property though. Water front. Owners were very kind when we messaged them. Got locked out of our room, but I believe it's because we extended our stay and the key pad lock wasn't updated to that change. Very comfortable room for two of us. Close to the neighboring rooms, but much better than a hotel! Internet was a little slow so our tv would glitch...

'Nice and clean studio-like apt with everything you might need. This place is close to so many local restaurants and shops and it was very walkable and easy to navigate. Host was very communicative and easy to reach. Had a wonderful time here :)! Would definitely stay here again.'
