'I understand that this is a very high end resort and spa, but the fact there we received no forewarning that more than half the resort was closed off for remodel made our stay less than desirable. Staff was helpful and friendly. But the available amenities were not accommodating for the amount of guests present. For the amount of money paid this was not worth the cost.'

'The pool was so crowded and didn't have enough chairs. Space used for the cabanas that cost extra should be used for chair space instead or limit families to two chairs so they aren't just saved for hours when their kids are in the pool the whole time.'
