'Our family recently stayed at this location. The unit sleeps 8 and there were 5 of us, although originally it was booked for 4 people. The owner (who lives on site) texted and asked how many people were staying. We told him 5 and he said we would have to pay an additional 25/day for the “extra” person.The listing never stated that they charged per guest. However, there was no mention about the limited parking. I contacted the owner when we were on our way there about the parking and she shared that there was only one assigned parking space in a garage for the entire home. 'The property was well maintained, very clean and well situated in a safe neighborhood. The rental is not always a whole house rental and not being able to unlock the master bathroom door for access through the kitchen was disappointing (but the host DID make that clear before we arrived) and unfortunate. Also, the 2 sets of bunk beds were NOT in a bedroom themselves, they were in an open area "play room" with no door or partition. So anyone sleeping in the bunk beds did not have any privacy....
