'Perfect cottage in the wonderful town of Brevard. This was a solo trip with my dog & we both enjoyed the area. The host is very responsive & made everything easy. The cottage is well kept and has a lovely landscaped yard. '

'How this property ever got numerous 10 stars is beyond my comprehension; very obviously fake reviews. The shower floor was nasty. There was what appeared to be black mold under kitchen sink. Floors were uneven and sinking in spots. Roof covered with tarp. Walls were particle board and mismatched pieces of scrap wood. Overall, we had to question the integrity of the home. Owner did not sent check- in info on day of until we called an hour after check-in time. Left shortly after seeing the place....

'The property was exactly as listed and the house was clean and beautiful!! Check in and out instructions were very clear and easy to follow. I love finding these "middle of nowhere" quiet places to get away from the hustle and bustle.'
