'We had booked 2 rooms for our family of 6. Amir at the front desk was amazing in keeping up with our request as we had requested for the rooms to be next door to eachother or connecting rooms. He was very polite and helpful. 'My husband and I stayed 3 nights @ the bayview resort. We enjoyed our stay! We loved the out door swimmingpool and the staff were very friendly and helpfull. We got the comfort we wanted and had a nice time in Penang. I do have to mention that the room needed a little touch up here and there. 'It’s a great place to rest for a couple of days before the next flight. The food was good, staff was friendly and helpful, and there’s a great little spa (very good massages). The pool looked nice but the water was quite cloudy when I swam, so that was a little worrying. It meant that the pool wasn’t cleaned or properly chlorinated. I would stay again. '
