We had to call the hotel number so that a person could let us in. No issues coming and going after we received entry code. Staff is extremely pleasant and helpful. '1 van de vele hostels in Madrid. De lokatie is top. Dicht bij bezienswaardigheden en vlak bij de metro. Wij hadden een standaard kamer en dat is het dan ook. Een bed (niet erg breed voor 2 personen) tafeltje met stoel en badkamer. Maar voor een paar nachten prima te doen. Alles is zeer schoon en de receptiemedewerk(st)ers zijn super vriendelijk. '
