'The sign for the hotel was so tiny I didn’t see it at first and was really confused and stressed out I could not find it. Then once in the lobby, there was no sign for the elevator and no clear sign of where the front desk was: it made the hotel feel very weird and the situation stressful. The room itself was okay. 'Google maps took us right there but it was not so obvious. This is a neighborhood apartment building. The hotel occupies a couple of floors in the building. We had to call the hotel number so that a person could let us in. No issues coming and going after we received entry code. Staff is extremely pleasant and helpful.
