'The location of the hotel is perfect, directly in the city centre in a small street that leads to Piazza Maggiore. The staff was of great help, they organized the transfer to and from the airport for a fair prize, they put a bottle of wine in the room of my parents who were married for 40 years and they were great to inform us about the area. Every day a sheet with information on events in the area is placed in your room as well.
The breakfast, especially for Italy, was also good. Variety of...

The entrance is extremely secure, many doors and with local bars around you are always safe, many eyes, lol. Saying that the rooms have triple glazing, so you hear no noise from the street. Valentina the manager / owner is super friendly and very helpful, with local advice and help with booking a taxi to the airport.

"The staff was amazing. Very helpfull and kind. The bathroom smelled (shower, sink, bidet), we let the staff know and they tried to fix it but it didn't help sadly. Also the airconditioning was very weak. The room stayed warm so sleeping was uncomfortable. Breakfast was nice. Area was unpleasant but it was close to the center which is nice. The room was also very small. "
